Hello, and welcome!

I was admitted as a Fellow of the Australasian Chapter of Addiction Medicine and gained recognition as an Addiction Medicine Specialist in June 2025. I am currently transitioning back to private practice and will keep this website updated soon with exciting information!

I was previously a long-serving General Practitioner in the Geelong Region before embarking on my specialist Addiction Medicine journey. Despite gaining the Addiction Medicine qualifications, I am still, first and foremost, a GP and will continue to advocate for GPs as the backbone of a healthy Australia.

To all my previous private patients in Geelong, please accept my deepest gratitude for the privilege of being part of your healthcare journey. Most of you would have received a personalised handover plan from me. But if I missed you, please accept my deepest apologies. I've created a list of providers in the area that I highly recommend, which can be found here.

I am currently a Co-Chair of the RACGP Victoria AOD Committee and maintain an active role in advocacy.

I had previous clinical and research experience in treating patients with eating disorders. Women's Health was also an area of interest in which I've had previous clinical and research experience.

Barwon Family Medical Practice - Permanently closed: 4 August 2023

My deepest gratitude to all my patients for your kindness and trust over those past years. It was a privilege to be part of your health journey. If I did not have a chance to personalise your clinical handover, please check this page to see if any of these trusted colleagues could be your next GP.

Coming up very soon
I have dual specialist qualifications in Addiction Medicine and General Practice.

I am passionate about research. My current research focus is Addiction Medicine, but I have also previously published papers on eating disorders, women's health, and cardiac surgery.

Public health advocacy is important to me. I have served in various capacities with various bodies, such as the RACGP presidential task force and the Barwon Health GP advisory committee. I continue this work as a co-chair of the RACGP Victoria AOD Committee and as a council member with RACGP Victoria.
